For last 15 years, she has worked with the private sector, UN agencies, intergovernmental and multilateral organizations developing thousands people around the world. Matanat helps the changing organizations bridge the gaps between training and information needed to improve performance and create success. She trains and coaches leadership teams and individuals to be a better leader, more international, engaged, and satisfied with their work and life.

Matanat is a trained Co-Active ®Coach, she holds Ph. D. in Computer Science and MBA of both Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, Austria and Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota,  USA.
