Marketing strategy from the ground up in Caucasus

in co-operation with Allplan GmbH

Marketing lead in the consortium implementing EBRD’s Caucasus Energy Efficiency Programme (Energocredit). In Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia responsible for the marketing of Energocredit loans to partner banks’ corporate and retail clients.

Accomplished tasks:

- Introduced 'Energocredit' as the new umbrella brand for the Programme in the region.

- Developed a marketing strategy for implementing the loan product in the three countries.

- Launched the Energocredit web portals for Armenia, Azerbijan and Georgia.

Discounted cash flow valuations for renewable energy projects
Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania
in co-operation with PwC

As part of the PwC advisory team, worked on a range of financial due diligence and DCF valuation assignments for 40 biomass district heating generation assets.

PwC was entrusted with reporting on due diligence and valuation by the financing bank (confidential client).
