As part of the PwC evaluation team, reviewed financial statements, conducted interviews with stakeholders and sample examinations on the working capital of the Austrian Reconciliation Fund in Belarus and Ukraine.
This Fund facility, established by the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was accountable for providing humanitarian and health care services to former forced workers in Belarus and Ukraine in the period 2001-2009.
As part of the IFC Access to Finance advisory team, provided research and participated in the fact-finding mission to build the first IFC sustainable energy finance project in Armenia.
The obtained results were channelled into a project document and included a monitoring and evaluation framework. Upon the approval by the management, the project document was put into practice in 2009. Focus of this IFC project intervention was on small hydropower and energy efficiency financing in the Armenian industrial sector.
Drafted the programme document as well as its monitoring and evaluation framework, giving the path to approval and launch of the IFC sustainable energy financing facility in Armenia.
