Honorata Fijalka
Founder and Principal
Honorata Fijalka, Principal Consultant, is the founder of the firm. She is responsible for client relationships and connecting key knowledge elements from the firm’s network with the client’s needs. Her focus is on the conceptual design of client projects as well as guidance and review during project implementation. Prior to founding Concordiste, she was Senior Manager at PwC and Operations Officer for sustainable energy operations at IFC, member of the World Bank Group. She holds a Masters' in Commerce degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business/HEC Paris, a postgraduate degree in International Affairs from the Diplomatic Academy Vienna and a PhD from the University of Vienna.

Robert Pfeifer
Engineering
​En2-Consulting, led by Robert Pfeifer, focuses on improving energy efficiency and promoting renewable energy resources across various sectors. They specialize in energy performance certificates, retrofitting buildings for better energy use, and providing comprehensive energy audits according to international standards like EN 16247 and ISO 50001. The company also has expertise in renewable energy solutions, including cogeneration technology and biogas plants, emphasizing the economic efficiency and feasibility of these solutions
Tina Feiertag
Design Director
Feiertag Design is a graphic design studio that helps businesses to transform their brand with simple and remarkable ideas. Founded in 2005, Tina focuses on the creation of quality design in alignment with brand strategy that matters and makes a difference.

Vitalina Moraru
Consultant
Vitalina Moraru studies Radiology Technology at the University of Applied Sciences, Campus Vienna. Alongside her studies, she has developed a strong interest in sustainable finance, particularly in Green Bonds and the EU Taxonomy.
She is committed to combining her career in radiology with her passion for environmental sustainability, actively participating in initiatives that promote a greener future
